The Pulse Portal allows family members and caregivergivers to monitor and check up on their loved ones at any time, from a computer or mobile phone.

Log in to the Pulse Portal to check battery life, signal strength, location, and make sure everything is working. You can make sure your loved one is ok whenever you want.
If help is needed, you will be alerted via email, text message, and/or online notification. You can set and change your notification preferences from the Pulse Portal.
When notified, the location of your loved one will automatically be sent to you, allowing you to provide them assistance, or alert emergency services of their location if required.
